A well balanced work and family life is important and Agilent gives you that option with there flextime.You need to fine tune this to take advantage so that the company and you both gain .

After I joined the company I got to know that my team was placed across the Globe .Soon realized that the tools (Net Meetings, Web Access meetings and conference call) were all available and team members were ready to help at a moments notice when you were stuck or in problems. That Speed, Focus, Accountability, Trust, Respect and Teamwork came from Agilent Values.
