company Hewlett Packard on 2 June, 2000 as part of a corporate
realignment. Agilent was first listed as a public company
on the New York Stock Exchange on 18 November, 1999. At that
time, Agilents $2.1 billion initial public offering
of stock was the largest in Silicon Valley history.
